By using Powerhome Services services, you agree to the following: The collection of data while you are browsing any Powerhome Services Global Technologies platform, When uploading a Video you will be asked if you have any content restrictions or Parental Restrictions (Violent content, Graphic Pornography, Bad Language, Invitation to illegal actions, among others ...) This content will be analyzed and sent to our servers to be Published. If you violate any conduct such as lying in the content statement, the video will not be uploaded and your channel will be penalized with 1 Notice out of 3. When you meet the 3 notices, your channel will be blocked or deleted. Copyright, We take this issue very seriously, when uploading a video with audio or video from others Check ID will check and compare the content of your video and verify that it does not contain the following: Audio Protected by Copyright or use not permitted in your video, Video Protected by copyright or that has not been allowed for use in your video. If any of these violations are detected in your video, it will not be published and you will have to take action on it such as: Delete it, Remove the Audio, Challenge or Upload it anyway, the latter is not recommended at all as you may face legal charges. A clarification from Powerhome Services and all its services: All content that is uploaded with copyright or unauthorized use, we will not be responsible for any legal charges that may fall on it, therefore the legal charges that may cause this content will be the responsibility of the person who uploads them. If the audio is yours or you have permissions (Licenses, among others...) you can choose the Challenge option, by selecting it you must provide evidence or explicit confirmation from the administrator, owner or representative of the content directly to you or to the email enabled for these matters: (powerhome.es@gmail.com) upon receiving confirmation or proof that you are authorized to upload this content to our platforms, the video will be immediately published in the Home Feed and on your channel as normal, the evidence provided or emails that admit that you are authorized to use the protected medium will be kept confidential and private until you delete your video. You can also associate permissions or licenses to your channel by entering the Creators panel. To upload a Video to Powerhome Tv you must click on the button on the left side bar of your screen that says "Upload a Video", it will ask you to log in to your creators panel. To log in to your Creator Panel you must access the Creator Panel login page (This step can only be completed if you have a channel, if you don't have one, enter the side panel and click on "Create Channel") When you enter the login page, it will ask you to enter the name of your channel, then you must select your channel, example: (MyChannel | Channel) A Channel must always be composed of the name (MyChannel) and a vertical bar ( | ) followed by the word (Channel) Click on your channel and enter your generic password (if you just created your channel) otherwise, enter your password, if you have forgotten it, click on "I have forgotten my password" and an email to reset it will be sent to the email you provided when creating your channel. After entering your password, the Creator Panel will open. At the top you can upload a video using the plus icon ( + ). You can also access different options and settings on your channel. To Delete a Video, go to your Creators Dashboard and go to the Content section, within that section you will find a list of all your videos in upload order (Most recently uploaded first to oldest last) in the box of a video several options will appear such as: Edit the video , Delete the video , View graphs about views and other statistical data of your video . When you leave your Creators Dashboard you do not need to Log Out like in other services like Google. Just close the web page and that's it. (Remember not to Refresh the site because it may ask for the password again).
